             The article
The experts’ guide to making – and keeping – your New Year resolutions” written by Moya Sarner is devoted to the discussion of the problem of setting your goals and achieving them . First, the author draws the readers' attention to how to make the resolutions in the appropriate way. It is necessary to understand that your goals should not be remote. Think of them as though they were something approximate, something that you may achieve if you make an effort right now, if you make it your daily habit. Then she analyzes the ways of keeping to it. She also emphasizes that people get used to new habits better in the morning than in the evening. This phenomenon might be explained by the fact of changing the stress hormone cortisol during the day. The author suggests that you should have a special app, a kind of habit tracker, in order to control yourself and to watch your result. In addition, she argues that a person should find his loopholes and to prevent them. If someone wants to dedicate to his favorite business, he will find time for it.  Finally, the author concludes that people should not procrastinate and waste their time. We consider time to be the most valuable thing of our life, so we should appreciate it.
